The Impact Investing Hub was softly launched in 2017 to bridge the gap between social enterprises and funders. The platform was not maintained. The vision was to re-brand and re-launch with a new target market: Family Offices, Private Wealth Managers with the intention to monetise in the near-future.
Solution:
1. Interview Target Market and Validate what Impact Investing Hub's USP was + ensure there was Product Market Fit (PMF)
2. Strategise + Present a solution that provided a unique community offering options on how to monetise the platform.
How: Present a re-brand to the Head of Mobilising Capital that focused on the community needs, and interest in accessing resources, education and events rather than providing a 'deal library'.
